Kim Critchley attended her first Yoga class in a church basement in Cedar Rapids, Iowa 30+ years ago. As a young mother and college student pursuing her degree in Biological Science, Kim found Yoga to be a great physical practice that also gave her time to mentally rest.
She practiced many different styles of Yoga over the next 20 years before pursuing her certification to teach.
Kim began her training at Yahweh Yoga, led by Courtney Chalfant and DeAnna Smothers, and learned to teach from a Christian perspective. Returning to Metter with her RYT200, she opened and operated Kindred Yoga & Wellness LLC in downtown Metter, GA for 6 years. Continuing her education and practice of Yoga, Kim received a RYT500 from Asheville Yoga Center in 2020.
Kim strives to help others find comfort in their own bodies and become aware of the connection between body, mind and spirit. She loves to weave peacefulness, gratitude, and compassion into her classes.
