Our Goal Is Your Wellness as derived from a consistent practice in one or a combination of four types of Yoga that span in range of intensity.  Everyone can enjoy the incredible benefits of Yoga including weight loss, strength, flexibility, balance, focus, range of motion, and peace of mind.  From adolescents to seniors and from beginners to experts, we have the right Yoga combination to meet and exceed your wellness goals.   We teach Yoga in the purest way and although we do offer posture modifications for physical limitations, we do not modify the Yoga to make it easier or more comfortable.  Our philosophy is to therapeutically balance the body into the Yoga and help restore equilibrium into everything that makes up the individual human being.

Inferno Pilates is a high intensity, low impact interval training based on the principles of Joseph Pilates (breath, centering, concentration, control, flow & precision) married with the genius of Izumi Tabata, the Japanese scientist who invented the concept of interval training. It is a perfect compliment to your Bikram, Vinyasa, Hatha, & Yin Yoga practice! We condition the room to 95 degrees so you'll still work up a sweat and build some serious glutes and abs.   • Harmony Total Wellness and Kay Forrester (the instructor) are absolutely amazing! I went there this past Saturday for the 9:30 class, and I wore my apple watch to see what kind of workout I was getting doing hot Yoga. The results were incredible! In a 90 minute class, I burned 978 active calories with a total of 1,152 calories burned during the class. My average heart rate was 146 BPM! Typically, when I lift, my heart rate averages between 115-125. This truly is a great workout, and I would recommend it to anyone! You do not have to know anything about Yoga to appreciate Kay’s class, and I feel confident she will work you as hard as you are willing to work, regardless of whether you are a novice or an expert Yogi.   • You would think that every class would be same as it is the same 26 postures done twice in the same exact order in 90 minutes every time, but that is not the case. The instructor is everything in Bikram yoga and Kay Forrester’s classes are the best! Kay brings the best energy to class every time she teaches. She is wonderful with new students and she also remembers to correct and give tips to those of us who have been practicing for some time. I have been practicing Bikram yoga for over 4 years now and Kay has helped my practice over the past year tremendously with her guidance and corrections to my postures.
