Ashlyn has been a consistent member in the Inferno Hot Pilates classes here at the studio for over a year now, and has grown such a passion for the class, that she wanted to learn more and share with others. Ashlyn believes it is one of the most rewarding workouts, that not only gets you physically in shape but allows you to focus mentally and strengthen your body and mind together.
Ashlyn is a second-year fourth grade teacher at Putnam County Elementary School. As a teacher, she is very intrigued by learning new things and sharing ideas with others, which is what peaked her interest in teaching Inferno Hot Pilates.
Ashlyn is currently working towards her 250-hour Inferno Pilates Certification.
