Rachel has always had a love for working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She started her fitness journey in her childhood by playing competitive soccer until she got to college. Rachel found a passion for Pilates as she was looking for a workout to replace soccer. Rachel wanted to expand her knowledge of Inferno Hot Pilates and attended the Inferno Pilates Teacher Training in July 2023. Rachel is currently working towards her 250-hour Inferno Pilates certification.
Rachel loves to get her day started by surrounding herself with motivating and positive people at Harmony Total Wellness.
