Wow … Kay is always such an inspiration and displays tremendous passion for the original hot Yoga. I am one of Kay’s many students and I can feel Kay’s genuine love and passion in every class. Just when I think I’m out of energy during class, she’s there giving that extra boost … Telling us, “If you can, you must!”¬† I used to only run and lift weights, which really tighten my hamstrings. Since I’ve incorporated hot Yoga in my routine, it has properly stretched my hamstrings and feeling so much better. It’s a journey … It gets better and better!
